Everything listed online is actually available, and the detailed information provided through Auto iPacket, including configurations and interior/exterior photos, made it incredibly easy for someone like me who prefers researching online before reaching out to a dealer. Since I live 250 miles away from the dealership, I handled the entire negotiation process online via email. Jake Myers was exceptional throughout the process—professional, patient, and quick to respond to my questions. Even though I never met him face-to-face until the day I picked up the car, he made me feel like a valued customer.
