Killian has the personality to make it in this fast paced service industry. The Service experience was much better than compared to leadership under the previous service manager Greg which service experience service industry. On a dealer level the Service Lounge was too small and needs more seating accommodation, we had to go sit at Nissan but enjoyed the cafe there. I also reconnected with my prior salesman (Jacob) while i was there and he made me feel welcome important and comfortable too. Thank you for a better experience this visit than in years past. More
