Their pricing is very competitive, I did my research into my target purchase and Audi Long Beach turns out to be the one who offers the best price. Jacob follows up with me after the purchase to make sure everything is ok. he did help me solve an issue real quick, that would save me time to look around and figure it out. My husband and I visited this location twice in the past week after hearing some good feedback from my sister in law. We were greeted by a salesman named Jake who walked us through the different trims and m week after hearing some good feedback from my sister in law. We were greeted by a salesman named Jake who walked us through the different trims and models that we were looking for. He gave a good explanation of the key differences between packages and made it feel like he cared about finding a car that fit our busy lifestyle. We love to travel so we are almost set on the Q7 but let me tell you, if you find yourself on their lot or in their building…. Ask for Jake. Although he seemed a little bit on the younger side in comparison to the crowd there, his demeanor and attitude were phenomenal. We were not pressured and felt like he genuinely cared about getting us into the RIGHT car. The staff are great and the facility is clean. Music was a little too loud indoors but I’m sure they adjust it. Great experience. Thank you Jake, we will be back soon! More
