I purchased my tires from White’s Ford, despite multiple service visits for oil changes another services I was never offered or received a tire rotation. Despite their service department working on my tires service visits for oil changes another services I was never offered or received a tire rotation. Despite their service department working on my tires 3 separate times for corrosion and losing air. During one service I was told the technician showed up late and he was hung over so they were running late, later in that visit I was told the same technician could not figure out how to fix my glove box so I would need to come back. Another visit I waiting 3 over hours for an oil change for which I had an appointment. Most recently I had them look at my tires as several people pointed out they were bald on the front outside. While there I was spoken to condescendingly by the owner’s son and told I had 50% life left, ignoring my questions about the front tires that were bald. I pointed out that I was never offered a tire rotation which was why they wore unevenly, I was told he didn’t know why I wasn’t offered a tire rotation (which was complimentary since I purchased the tires there). The tires were 2 years old with under 22,000 miles. I went somewhere else to purchase new tires, while there the 4th stem had to be fix for corrosion. I was loyal to White’s, since they had treated me well for many years, driving 25 minutes each way for oil changes and service. Sadly, their service had plummeted and this last situation “was the straw that broke the camels back”. I will not go back. Customer service and integrity are no longer a part of their service. More

We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home. More
