I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did they disclose, and after we asked about mileage were we told that this was a loaner vehicle with 600+ miles on it. We flew in from out of town to complete the transaction. With minor snags things went well and we left confident that we had done everything correctly. We had submitted our loan approval paperwork to the dealership for them to complete and send back to the lending bank. When it came time for my automatic payment to be made, I discovered that there was no loan and that the loan offer had expired because Bill Utter Ford failed to submit the loan paperwork to the lending bank. To show how on top of things that this dealership - is not - When I called them on a three-way with my bank they were not even aware that they were almost $30,000 short because the loan was not consummated nor the funds transferred. No telling how long this would have gone on if I had not initiated an inquiry. Further, because the loan had expired, I would have had to apply for a new loan at possibly a different(higher interest rate). We elected to do the right thing and pay them with a wire transfer. An additional rub with Bill Utter Ford is that they are horrible at communication. Their transparence is Also exceedingly poor. I have attempted to communicate with them and this only results impartial or what I feel is indifferent, irresponsible and unresponsiveness. They never follow up.......... As far as their propaganda on their phone recording goes, I do not see any commitment to the customer, Period!! This is still not resolved. I have no new clear title contract or any idea when I will get plates and inspection sticker from this lethargic dealership. More

I want to praise young Micah's commitment to get me in a vehicle that met my needs. Although he reached out to no avail to get a 2021 Ford Explorer that was out on Demo back into the dealership for my revie vehicle that met my needs. Although he reached out to no avail to get a 2021 Ford Explorer that was out on Demo back into the dealership for my review, he quickly redirected my attention to a new 2022 Ford Explorer that worked out quite nicely. Thanks, Micah. Further, while we awaited an appointment with a very pleasant financial person, he indulged my girl friend in a test drive of a mustang. Working on that future sale! The finance person, Toronto Spikes, was equally helpful. He originally directed me towards an extended warranty that probably meets most customers' needs. Once I pointed out my higher than normal mileage driving habits, he directed me towards an extended warranty that more closely matched my needs. Thanks. More

I really liked the people we spoke to at Ford. They were all very nice and not too pushy. We came in knowing what we wanted and Ford deliver their end of the deal.
