The rushed nature of the sale led me to overlook crucial factors, ultimately resulting in my trading the Durango in just two months later for a Jeep. This hasty exchange incurred substantial financial losses that could have been easily avoided had I been given the time and space to thoroughly consider my options without feeling coerced. The experience left me feeling exploited and frustrated. I believe the high-pressure sales tactics employed by your staff are unethical and detrimental to customer satisfaction. I urge you to review your sales practices and ensure that your customers are provided with a fair and transparent car-buying experience, free from undue pressure. More
