It’s unfortunate that Macmulkin has a such a strict refund policy about returning a deposit I ordered my vehicle and while it was being built I had to have hip replacement surgery along with physical refund policy about returning a deposit I ordered my vehicle and while it was being built I had to have hip replacement surgery along with physical therapy after many weeks of rehab I still have great difficulty entering and exiting a vehicle I informed the dealership of my situation and told them I could not purchase the car they said that they would see what could be done to refund my deposit in the interim the vehicle that I ordered came into the dealership and was sold I received a phone call from them and they stated that I could not receive my deposit back I think that this is totally unacceptable they didn’t loose any money on the sale of the vehicle no one was more disappointed than me when I had to cancel the purchase of that vehicle I even offered to give them documentation of the surgery and physical therapy but they were not interested I am a disabled combat veteran and there refund policy has no exceptions no matter what the situation is I feel that this is totally unacceptable More

For the first time in decades I had a wonderful purchasing experience without anyone playing the " I'll have to ask the sales manager" game. Everything promised happened as promised and in a timel purchasing experience without anyone playing the " I'll have to ask the sales manager" game. I was apprehensive about buying a car half way across the country, but it was a very pleasant experience. More
