I purchased a used Murano here (2021 with only 8400 miles). We noted a chip in the paint and several scratches. Unlike dealerships in the past, they offered to take care of it for me. I recently visited Napleton’s Volkswagen, Sanford, FL for a warranty issue on my Passat R-line. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jacob in the service department. His exceptional customer service left a a warranty issue on my Passat R-line. I had the pleasure of interacting with Jacob in the service department. His exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, Jacob was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He coordinated a local drop off/pick up with Joey (who was amazing) the shuttle driver while my car was being fixed. The service was completed promptly, and Jacob kept me informed throughout. I appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done efficiently. I have a VW dealership closer to my home, it’s worth driving the extra mile for the service I received at Napleton’s in Sanford! -Erica More

Jacob was amazing, he listened to our concerns and was able to fully address all of them. With his upbeat attitude and knowledge of our car, he was able to get everything done in a time frame that fit our able to fully address all of them.
