If it wasn’t for the fact that Jacob is a very nice young man, who I believe was working with me to meet my requirements, I would have left your premises. After giving me an offer, in writing, your finance man, who I believe was working with me to meet my requirements, I would have left your premises. After giving me an offer, in writing, your finance department tried to modify terms to 75 months for same monthly payment previously quoted for 72 months. In the end, they adjusted payments back to 72 months for about $10 more a month. If not for fact that I had already spent a considerable amount of time, and for Jacob’s efforts I would have gone back to your competitor. Additionally, the windshield required replacement. After setting a time for your subcontractor to come to your premises to replace window, I sat for 2 hrs and they were a no show. Rescheduled for following week at my home, and they showed up with wrong windshield! Jacob managed to finally get them to show at my home with correct windshield. Jacob is entirely responsible for my filling through with purchase. More

My fiancé and I came in to see Jacob to get a bigger family car as we are having another baby soon and got another dog! He helped us choose the vehicle that was perfect for our needs and exactly what we family car as we are having another baby soon and got another dog! He even went out of his way to have our windows tinted the same day! Everything about our visit was smooth and I would recommend anyone to work with Jacob because he is very personable and outgoing! He also knew details about the vehicles that you don’t normally think of and went over everything with us to prepare us and let us take our time as we were a little indecisive! He was patient and kind also as we had our 2 year old daughter who you can imagine also wanted in on everything!
