I went in to buy a new 2013 Accord and I was prepared with all the information I needed and all the "getting ready to deal" prowess I thought I would yield. I worked with Nathan Sumner from the start and he was matter of fact, straight forward and treated me very respectfully. He did his best and was very open and kind (most importantly not smarmy). I ended the experience working with Jacky and he too was friendly and fun. He made the financing work a breeze. Between the service he provided and the fair price we (Nathan, myself, Jacky, and the manager) worked out, I can say I am very pleased. Not only is Honda a wonderful car to drive, but my experience was punctuated with an enjoyable purchasing experience. More

Our neighbor introduced us to Russ Clark, who took us to to Paul Boyd. Mr. Boyd and all others whom we met at the showroom were extremely cordial and most polite. All our concerns and questions were answere to Paul Boyd. Mr. Boyd and all others whom we met at the showroom were extremely cordial and most polite. All our concerns and questions were answered completely and courteously. We spent about three hours there and we are thoroughly satisfied. Mr. Boyd has since called and answered more questionsa, again thoroughly. We are well pleased with our 2013 Pilot XL. More

Loved working with Frank. We had negotiated a price over the phone and he was ready and waiting for us we walked it. Did not enjoy working with Jacky. When he took us back to talk about the various wa the phone and he was ready and waiting for us we walked it. Did not enjoy working with Jacky. When he took us back to talk about the various warranties, everything was fine until we said no thanks. Suddenly we were hit with the BIG CHILL, papers were slammed around for me to sign and he muttered under his breath that he had never had anyone turn down this deal. AFter I had signed all the papers, SUDDENLY he remembered a deal Leith Honda was offering that weekend on the warranty. I felt like I was being played and did not appreciate it. The overall experience is rated 4 because of Jacky. Frank was well informed and was ready to answer all my question. I am ready and willing to send anyone his way. Thank you, Mary S. Poole More
