Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the people are nice. Sometimes it is hard to get someone to answer the phone which is my only criticism. The day finally came, went to pick up my new 2025 XT5 and drove home in my same car I drove to dealership with. Car had to have fuel tank replaced, took approx. 1 week. I did talk them into putting on all 4 drove home in my same car I drove to dealership with. Car had to have fuel tank replaced, took approx. 1 week. I did talk them into putting on all 4 splash guards though, thinking it was only going to be a couple days. When I found out a whole week, I did receive a 2025 XT5 demo car in place of mine, but couldn't get a Lyrica and tried to get the running boards also installed complementary for the inconvenience, but was a no go. I am 65 and this was my first car I ever bought from a dealer. Things happen, so stay cool calm and collect. I would suggest buying from Kelley Cadillac, my salesman Jackson was great and so was the floor manager Chris. More

Experience at the Kelly Dealership is always great. My only complaint is Kelly Cadillac did not do the greatest job in Detailing.
