As I had to have a very specific vehicle built for my needs, Cory went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle I required was ordered. Once the vehicle was in production, he had Edwin Flores contact needs, Cory went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle I required was ordered. Once the vehicle was in production, he had Edwin Flores contact me and keep me fully informed as to where the vehicle was in the process, and when I could look to receive delivery. Both of these gentlemen exceeded my expectations of my vehicle purchasing experience and made the process so ease. As a female who has purchased her own vehicle for decades, I have dealt with many levels of sales individuals, from terrible to great. However, Cory and Edwin raised the bar for all others to aim for in their industry. Both were professional in their words and actions, personable, informative, helpful and completely honest from start to finish. This has been the very best purchasing experience I have ever had, and I will be a repeat customer. They are both incredible employees of Freeman Toyota and represent this company well. Although I did not finance my vehicle through Toyota, Jackson Barlow in the finance group processed the paperwork so quickly and efficiently, it was simple.
