I called and scheduled appointment to check driver door per letter I received. I asked for a time and was told 8:30 on Monday morning. I sat for 2 1/2 hours and nothing was done. Took my 2014 Edge in for the works service. When it was done the clerk said everything looked good except for the air filter. She didn't say why. I removed the cover to check the condition of the filter. It looked like new and realized I replaced it approximately 5 weeks earlier. It makes me wonder if when the mechanics do an oil change if they really replace the filter or just skip it. More
