I feel the time management of appointments has been off course. Had an appointment for basic oil change/tire rotation. I usually sit in waiting room as it usually takes an hour which I feel is acceptable. course. Had an appointment for basic oil change/tire rotation. I usually sit in waiting room as it usually takes an hour which I feel is acceptable. 2 hours wait time is not. I could have scheduled an appointment where I had a ride and could have waited at home. If they have technician deficits or issues, then schedule your work further apart. More

Tony, Jay, and Jack took good care of me. Instead of having to trust there word on what needs to be repaired. They send you a digital work order of what you want to accept them to do or not, Instead of having to trust there word on what needs to be repaired. Having an appointment time means nothing. I had only an oil change with appointment at 10. Waited nearly 3 hours. Way too long. Everyone I was waiting with was also complaining. The service department has always been slow and backed up. One would think having bought my car there we would have priority for service. We do not plan to come back. More

My 2024 Trax had a low oil pressure light that said "stop driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just t driving immediately" so I took it in. I was told it would be worked in as soon as possible. It was almost 30 days before the diagnosis was ran just to determine the problem. If it is determined to be something covered by warranty a rental car is paid for. We had to pay out of pocket more than $1600.00 for a rental only to find out, the problem was not covered under warranty. Forget trying to call in and talk to someone. Messages were left for the service writer and the service manager but nobody called back. I had to go into the shop and talk to a service manager. At that point go contact was established with him through email and everything was resolved in a week. I like to give business to the city i live in but, i am not sure I will go back! More
