This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. Their professionalism and genuine kindness throughout the entire process were truly exceptional. Both were highly knowledgeable, patient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jack was incredibly helpful in making sure I was able to get the exact car I wanted while staying within the budget I gave him. At no point did I feel pressured, quite the opposite, I felt respected, listened to, and treated more like a friend than a customer. Chloe was invaluable. Her knowledge and technical skills made my transition from a vehicle with virtually no technology to one where everything is at the push of a button feel easy and enjoyable. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I also want to recognize the many people behind the scenes who contributed at every step—thank you for making this experience so seamless. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I walked out to my new vehicle presented on a red carpet with a huge red bow on the hood—WOW! While Chloe was walking me through the features, we discovered a small issue that required service. Even then, the care continued: I was sent home with reassurance that it would be taken care of, and a mobile technician was scheduled to come to my home. The technician (Carson, I think) was wonderful, he resolved the issue and made sure everything was perfect before he left. The service was extraordinary from beginning to end, and I am genuinely grateful. In fact, my husband was so impressed hearing about my experience that he went back the very next day and purchased a new Lincoln for himself! The exact vehicle he wanted was not on the lot but Jack searched and found exactly what he was looking for and Chloe and Jack delivered it to our home the next day...red carpet, bow and all!! I would wholeheartedly recommend Bozard Lincoln to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and I would absolutely recommend Jack and Chloe. Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a memorable and wonderful experience—and for making me feel truly valued and appreciated as a customer. This is an amazing dealership in every respect. I purchased from Bozard because they offered a competitive price for the new Lincoln Navigator. But, Bozard really does more than offer a fair price. They are good, trustworthy people who really care about customers having a positive experience. We live in Tennessee. So, buying from a dealership in another state involves some trust and legwork -- particularly if you ship the car. That's where Bozard excels. They have a well-organized process for handling everything (even your out of state registration) and making it hassle free. The car was shipped to me and arrived promptly without damage. They even included a nice giftbox with wine and wine glasses in the backseat. Throughout the process, Bozard actively coordinated with me to make sure I understood the technology in the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Moreover, when I had a post-sale issue with one of the technical features in the vehicle, they took initiative to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and bought other luxury brands. This is not your average dealership.
