I came in to pick up my vehicle at 9:00 per my appointment and it wasn’t ready. It hadn’t been detailed/serviced. The salesman kept telling me it would be ready shortly. Finally at 10:40 I asked t appointment and it wasn’t ready. It hadn’t been detailed/serviced. The salesman kept telling me it would be ready shortly. Finally at 10:40 I asked to speak to his manager. When I finally got the vehicle the gas was on empty. Also when I picked up the vehicle someone must have taken it over the weekend (which is probably why it wasn’t ready) because there was over 100 miles more than when I signed the paperwork. Lastly generally speaking the team there needs more training. I called to see who to make the certified check out to and it took the 4th person I spoke to get an answer. He also didn’t know the answer he had to call his manager. I just hope I don’t have issues with this vehicle because I do not want to go back to this dealership ever again. More

Sean was great, not too pushy compared to other car salesman I have dealt with. My only complaint was the service department put on new tires for vehicle but never checked valve stem which was faul salesman I have dealt with.
