This place is awesome. The service and sales staff are the reason I keep buying VWs. I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to purchasing and servicing a vehicle, but the gang at Shrewsbur the reason I keep buying VWs. I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to purchasing and servicing a vehicle, but the gang at Shrewsbury VW are so friendly and professional that I always leave happy. When my window broke in the middle of winter, I stopped in and they fixed it straight away. When I wanted to test drive everything on the lot, no problem. When I get the speed notification stuck at 25 mph and can't figure out how to fix it, I just stop by. I've never had a bad experience at Shrewsbury motors! More

I had the best experience I could have hoped for at this dealership. I bought a 2012 Jetta.Jack was great about finding a way to make price and payments work.I was not pressured and was treated with courtes dealership.
