2016 GMC Terrain Wonderful extremely helpful great pricing. Jack was my salesperson great at explaining all the bells and whistles that came with the car. Dishonest Sales Manger I bought my first GMC truck from Quirk in 2012. Very pleasant experience. But 5 years later it went to crap. I went in for servicing, while I was the I bought my first GMC truck from Quirk in 2012. Very pleasant experience. But 5 years later it went to crap. I went in for servicing, while I was there I inquired about a lease. It sounded good especially with the $18,500.00 they offered for trade value on my 2012. When I returned home there was a mailer from Quirk offering me the chance to buy a new vehicle at employee discount pricing, at $10,883.00 off of the price, plus combined with all rebates and discount incentives and up to 130% market value for my 2012. Wow did it sound almost too good to be true. Well it was! That evening I went to Quirks web site and found the truck of my dreams. A 2017 SLT Double Cab Sierra 1500, priced at $49,345.00 and marked down to $41,450.00 with discounts and rebates. So I figured with that mark down along with the offer in the mailer it was a truck I could afford. The next day I received a text from a Quirk web sales person that sent me a link to a web site that could give me the market value of my 2012. Which was $19,040.00 trade value. ( my 2012 is in mint condition with only 49, 332 miles at that time). Well I headed to Quirk thinking I'd be coming home with my new truck at a price I could afford. Wrong again. The sales manger told me all discounts and rebate incentive were already figured in the employee discount. Even though that's not how the mailed read. Well he wrote up the sales quote I noticed my trade value was only $19,400.00, which seemed low to me. I inquired about that and the manger stated he gave me 112% mark up on my trade which made my trade value only $17,321.00. When asked he said that's all my trucks worth and that the web site His employee gave me was just an opinion. ( before I went to Quirks I checked 2 other web sites for trade value and both were close to the trade value his web site gave me. I was begging to suspect a con going on. But what killed the deal and made me realize I was being lied to was when I asked him if I could get my Military Discount. He stated he already applied that. Well I knew right then he wasn't being Honest ! I looked into what discounts were available and what was required to receive them. The Military discount you have to prove that you were in or retired from the Military. The dealer has to document that and the Military Price must be detailed on the buyers order. ( I never told my salesman or the manger I was a Veteran ). So to me the manger is just a Lying Car salesman. As much as I like and trusted my original salesman Jack I'll never do business there again. More

My wife and I had our hopes to Upgrade to the Denali next year. When we showed up, that's the deal they had for us. A new 2017 Denali. They gave us a great trade in offer and reduced our monthly payments to the amount I was hoping for. The salesman Bernardo did a great job. No oversell needed. The quality of the truck spoke for.itself. More

Call your customers back - stop being shady thieves Wow reviews are bad for this dealership , should have read them before going in there today. Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine c Wow reviews are bad for this dealership , should have read them before going in there today. Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine condition and only 10,000 miles on it. I looked at a 2015 Kia Sorrento. Everything was good until the final negotiations. Bank came back with an approval . However , but here's where it started to fall apart they wanted $3000 down . I wasn't putting $3000 down today. So I was told they couldn't do it . Ok oh well so I left. I got home and did some figures and came to where the dealers numbers were. I was never told what they appraised my car at but by doing numbers I came to an $11,000 trade in value ( wow seriously) no way . They have the same exact car on their lot with almost 25,000 miles selling for a cool $17,000 that's a $6,000 payday for them courtesy of me. So I decide to call the dealer and do their work for them and say to them come up on trade value cause they were at least $2500 away from trade value and I'd put $500 down. I talk to Jack the salesman and he told me he'd call me back. No call back , blown off yet again from another Quirk dealer. Quirk Chevy is notorious for not calling back as they've done it to me both in the sales and service department now quirk gmc does the same. Mr. Quirk doesn't want to sell cars unless you are padding pockets with huge down payments and going for the ride on below market trade values. No thanks I'm good no more quirky quirk dealerships for me , they can quirk their way to the bank on someone else's dime. Funny how I can go to another Chevy dealer today get an approval no money down and $2800 more for my trade. Watch your figures and paperwork before signing a deal at quirk they will take you for a free ride if you don't know how to drive . Your are now forewarned!!!! More

Not the best GMC dealer in southern New Hampshire I hate to write this about this dealership because I was told this was the place to by a truck. Maybe if your buying a huge fleet they take better care of you. From the start of the purchase the lies started. This truck I bought had and electric start in it prior to me buying it. It was a factory one so it came with it new. When I bought it the salesmen said that I cold do it through onstar. Come to find out now that it is winter the remote start has to be enabled threw the dealer and that will cost around 350.00. Funny cause I found the prior owner and he said he had it on his fob. QuirK takes the fobs off and puts older ones on so they can charge you again. Customers could really never know unless you have the original window sticker. Plus to top it off you get no follow up. No full tank of gas not even a half tank. This place promises but fails to deliver. More

I leased a GMC Terrain in December 2012 for my son from another dealership. My son loves his car so we decided to look at another Terrain for our other son. Quirk lied to us about the lease quote via email to just get us in the door. We have the quote in writing but did not honor the written quote when we visited the dealership. Their staff right up to the GM, who I got involved, are very shady and deceiving characters. Since they lied to us we lost out on a Terrain (our color choice) from another dealership. Therefore, we leased a competitors vehicle. More

I have been in need of a new vehicle for some time now. I was hesitant to get into the car buying process because it can be a very intimidating experience for someone who has not done it before. On a recomme was hesitant to get into the car buying process because it can be a very intimidating experience for someone who has not done it before. On a recommendation of a close friend, I decided it was finally time and they mentioned Quirk GMC of Manchester. Throughout the entire process I can not imagine being more comfortable and at ease despite my previous hesitations. Both Mike and John went above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had. They were courteous, polite, informative, and patient. The car is great, but the experience of purchasing my first vehicle from these two Quirk employees is what really put it on the top, and the lastly impression they have made will keep me going back to Quirk GMC for all my car buying needs.
