Unfortunately, the finance department wasn’t as pleasant and unprofessional to deal with. When we were close to finalizing the deal, there were some hold-ups with the bank, and I was told I needed to put down a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. I was also told I could lose the vehicle if I didn’t put anything down. At that point, I was done. I did return later and finish everything once the bank situation was straightened out. I don't believe i should be swayed to put $500 down to hold my vehicle especially when I have my own financing. I don't think I will ever do business with this dealership. I do work with the railroad and I will definitely let my co-workers know to stay clear.
