It was ok till I picked up car No one could tell me why I had a silver key with hyndia on it n why I was given a key that does absolutely nothing in my car. The man that waited on me said he didn't know an I had a silver key with hyndia on it n why I was given a key that does absolutely nothing in my car. The man that waited on me said he didn't know anything about the silver but brought my car up to me with the silver key. He needs more training. Could have provided another key in case of loss of the other key. More

I purchased a Kia Sedona from here. It was actually on the lot at the Rivergate location but they went and brought to the Antioch store for me. The entire experience from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot in my new van was AMAZING!!! Great people here that take the time to provide good customer service which is rare to find these days. Highly recommend Greenway Kia at Hickory Hollow. Thank you to Daniel, Yordy, and Jaz. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. On 08/30/24 we had bought a 2015 Kia Sedona from Greenway Kia. We were told that the vehicle was fully serviced by the dealer on 08/16/24 and was On 08/30/24 we had bought a 2015 Kia Sedona from Greenway Kia. We were told that the vehicle was fully serviced by the dealer on 08/16/24 and was shown the car fax. We took the Kia Sedona to a mechanic on 09/05/24 due to a sound we were hearing, we were then told the Kia Sedona was without Motor mounts and had a cracked control arm. We have a warranty we purchased through our lender and they are requiring us to provide the inspection report from Greenway Kia due to the fact this was found so close to the purchase date. We began calling multiple times a day speaking with different departments from 09/06/24 to 09/09/24. We were told that this would be fixed, that we would receive the inspection report and sometimes just hung up on. The morning of 09/09/24 we were told that we will not be getting an inspection report, and that they will not be doing anything to assist us. One of two things happened, either the inspection report was not done, or greenway Kia willfully omitted the information of vehicle being damaged and needing repairs to be deemed safe to drive. I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to any other family who is trying to purchase a vehicle. More

Hello, Julian Orland was my salesperson at Greenway Kia. So helpful and polite. Julian contacted me two days before my visit, we set up the appointment and he had the cars waiting for me when I arriv Kia. So helpful and polite. It was a wonderful experience and I can only hope that Julian is still at this dealership for when I want to buy my next Kia. The woman who helped me was very good! My only complaint was that I couldn’t find my car when it was done and she had to bring it around because other vehicles were in the way. Next time, it would probably be more efficient use of time to bring it into or next to the service bay rather than sending me on a scavenger hunt to find it. More
