A week later, I experienced a terrifying incident where my brakes were nonfunctional, prompting me to conduct a full safety inspection. This inspection revealed that crucial safety features such as blind-spot monitoring, park assist, and lane change alerts had been disabled or removed. Again, none of these critical issues were covered by the warranty, despite prior assurances. Further betrayals included a non-functional navigation system and tires that were so worn they needed immediate replacement. Even when they agreed to cover half the cost of the brake repairs, it felt like a token gesture compared to the mounting issues.
