Tom, and John, and the team over at Lamborghini Dallas made my first Lamborghini buying experience absolutely spectacular. The service team has always done a fantastic job of not only getting my car in for service promptly but also being honest and fair and not trying to inflate the service bill with extra things that do not n only getting my car in for service promptly but also being honest and fair and not trying to inflate the service bill with extra things that do not need to be done. Service was to replace a damaged door strap. The factory sent the wrong part and it will be replaced. In the meantime, the service tech temporarily repaired it which I didn’t expect but am hap The factory sent the wrong part and it will be replaced.
