I really wanted a GMC Acadia, and I looked at various dealerships, although I live in MA I thought I would venture up to NH. I initially spoke with Bethany she was very friendly and assured me that it dealerships, although I live in MA I thought I would venture up to NH. Had very nice experience and was able to negotiate a good deal for Buick Verona fully loaded. I was really pleased with the service and i went for a test drive, liked the car got the car within 2hours wi deal for Buick Verona fully loaded. I purchased my new 2012 Yukon Denali from Bethany Juneau... What a wonderful experience I had everyone was so friendly especially Bethany the Business Development Manager I talked with her on the pho Juneau... What a wonderful experience I had everyone was so friendly especially Bethany the Business Development Manager I talked with her on the phone and she gave me all the information I would need to make the best informed decision before I came in. Once I got there I was greeted by a very warm crew even the ones that were with customers stopped to say hi and greet me. Everyone else was busy so Bethany took time out of her schedule to assist me in test driving and finding the exact vehicle I wanted and guess what she doesn't even sell vehicles lol but she was happy to assist me with any questions I had. No pressure at all from Bethany or any one else they wanted to make sure I was making the right decision because this was a big investment. Plain and simple this is the best dealership that I have ever been too and it was a pleasure to work with Bethany! She still follows up with me almost every month to make sure I don't have any questions or concerns and to make sure I am happy.. Wow what a different atmosphere at Quirk Buick/GMC. If you like high pressure sales tactics and unfriendly people go somewheres else because you will not find it at Quirk if you want to feel comfortable without high sales pressure and tactics then go to Quirk Buick/GMC you won't be disappointed! ..... And ask to Bethany when you call! More

My experience was great and and it was the most painless car buying experience to date. In the past at other dealerships, it has always taken many hours to complete the process, but Quirk was on top of ever car buying experience to date. I agonized over purchasing a new car for awhile. The reason was I always felt pressured into making a deal I was not totally comfortable with and ended up with buyers remorse. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by John Taylor, I felt totally at ease. He is a real down to earth person who made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle I was interested in and discussing the bottom line pricing on the vehicle. I did leave and check out another large local dealership to see how they compared to Quirk. The bottomline price at Quirk was actually a little better and I really felt more at ease at Quirk. I went back to the dealership and went over the numbers one more time. The sales manager, John Hocking, was able to get me an even better deal than we first discussed as their were additional discounts he located for me (Presidents Day Specials). The price that he offered me on my trade in was actually better than I had expected. This was the first time I ever dealt with a Sales manager who did not leave me feeling pressured and uncomfortable. I ended up getting a new GMC Terrain for the price I wanted and in the color I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle in a no pressure environment. More

I first went to the Quirk website and fell in love right away with a 2007 Jeep Compass. I contacted John Hocking to see if I could come in and see the Jeep ASAP.. He had me come in the next day and I took away with a 2007 Jeep Compass. I contacted John Hocking to see if I could come in and see the Jeep ASAP.. He had me come in the next day and I took a test drive. I was so impressed with how nice the Jeep looked for being used. I was treated so well as soon as I walked through the front doors of the dealership. I was able to buy the Jeep within a week, and it was very painless.
