Hello, my name is Josiah. I have been in the automotive industry my whole life, but professionally since 2014, where I started off as a lude tech doing oil changes to becoming a line tech that rebuilt engines and diagnosed customer complaints. Then I left the automotive industry to help my wife start a business where I experienced firsthand customer relations and responsibilities. I have now found myself coming back to my roots in the automotive field where I understand an enjoy what I do.
