Overall this dealership is pretty good. The biggest issue is the disconnect between the different departments. That tends to result in wrong parts being ordered or items not completed. I was told my car did not pass inspection and need the shocks replaced. My tires needed to be replaced soon. They were rotated and aligned and I did not get my inspection sticker after all this was done. shocks replaced. My tires needed to be replaced soon. They were rotated and aligned and I did not get my inspection sticker after all this was done. I was told a tire needed to be replaced to pass. I did NOT need the alignment and rotation. The next day It took us all day to get a quote. We only got a 4 tire quote and after a 2 tire quote request...still haven't received it. Awful experience!!!!! More

While I do apologize for my own behavior, I do not deal with dishonest people. Also, I didn't appreciate his interrupting me whenever I try to get a word in.
