Mrs. Stephanie Spangler was absolutely amazing. She provided an estimate and was able to get me scheduled as early as 2 weeks. The wait time was almost spot on and she was very attentive. My appointment was @ 2:45 I got there early no problem dropped off my car but decided to wait agsin no problem , I was kept informed of the progress and when finished , I was informed that I would need 2 dropped off my car but decided to wait agsin no problem , I was kept informed of the progress and when finished , I was informed that I would need 2 back tires at some point, but no sales pressure as to where I would get them , decided to get them from Southern .
