They have zero clue what customer service is and have zero interest in caring for their customers or their cars. Once you make a purchase, pray you never have to deal with the dealership again because they will do everything in their power to avoid helping and taking responsibility. What happened: I took my car in for service 4 weeks ago for my first oil change. I made an appointment, showed up and still had to wait for HOURS. Okay, fine. I told them I noticed a squeak, and what sounded like grinding from my breaks. Well, I believe that in the midst of me complaining about the long wait - they decided to cut a few corners. They brought my car back to me and told me that the noise I was hearing was simply an Indicator telling me that SOON, not now, I would need to replace the breaks. They also placed a sticker on my windshield with three labels and three columns. "Brakes, Tires, Battery - then Good, Fair and Bad". All three items, breaks, tires and battery were all indicated in the "GOOD" section when this obviously wasn't true. If the tech physically told me that my breaks needed to be replaced 'soon', how could that possibly qualify my breaks in the "Good" column??? This morning I ended up taking my car into a VW dealership to get the coolant topped off when the Tech here started panicking and told me my car WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE! At first I was very skeptical, he proceeded to show me my break pads rubbing together and quite the extensive damage this was causing. I know sometimes dealers will exaggerate things to get a purchase, however I don't believe this was the case... The guy seemed actually concerned and even took a number of photos to show me. Because of the damage done, and the NEGLIGENCE of Kia of Orange Park, it is going to cost me $680 out of pocket. Of course I went to Greg, the Service Manager who offered to "Take a look" at the car, then eventually offered to "replace the breaks for cost of the parts, no labor" --- How generous, right? lol. It's completely unprofessional for an individual to deflect blame, interrupt you the entire conversation, and think that just because he knows the mechanics of my car he is somehow superior to me. I didn't appreciate the condescending attitude at all. I'm sorry but I am not driving 40 miles for you to look at my brakes and say "oh that's not our fault, sorry". Especially when it's my understanding the car is not safe to drive. It's obvious that this dealership has no experience with accountability, I called to try and talk to the GM of the dealership, Danny Hines regarding my experience on two separate occasions, after my incident regarding the oil change, and twice today and still have not herd a single thing back from him. Experience with staff: I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago in which I was assured that everything on the vehicle, from the tires and breaks to the leather seats were like new. This seemed true for everything on the outside. From the sales team, everyone is super nice! Ian Hines was my sales guy and he took pretty good care of me and helped me out, he answered all of my questions and he was pretty straight forward - but this was the only part of the process that was pleasant. When I came back for the mentioned above situation, I had just gotten out of the hospital and diagnosed with Crohn's Disease - I was in a lot of discomfort and did not want to be away from the house (I live 37 miles from the dealership) - I was very disappointed at how long the wait was for the oil change. I explained my situation to the service adviser who tried to seek help from the sales manager, she was going to try and get me a rental for the day, so I can get my car the next day. Before the adviser could even finish explaining the situation, he rudely blurted out "Were not making special accommodations because these people are too lazy to wait for us to help them out", word for word. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE, EVEN FOR MY FREE OIL CHANGE More
