One of the managers, I think he was hispanic, was rude and pushy. When customers come in they have a price to fit their budget. Having a manager act like a spoiled child, making statements like "why dont and pushy. When customers come in they have a price to fit their budget. Having a manager act like a spoiled child, making statements like "why dont u finance to give you more wiggle room" means more money. Or, when he pulled up your on line adds, pointing and hitting the screen with his finger saying "its right here" and his tone and body language all over the place. Very unprofessional. Johnathan however, was very respectful and helpful. He took time to show me where all the controls were, and helped me with the phone app. It's hard on alot of us older clients with all this technology on todays vehicles, and the parience Johathan showed me was appreciated.
