Like Southern but they need some work on attention to detail and customer first. I booked a simple oil change several days ahead. Took back right away and went to waiting room. Normally about 30min wait. detail and customer first. I booked a simple oil change several days ahead. Took back right away and went to waiting room. Normally about 30min wait. After over an hour I walked out to ask what’s going on and my truck was sitting there. Never told was done, and when I asked if done said yes - no explanation why not told was ready or why so long. when I asked said they had to go to GMC to get oil filter. 1) why wouldn’t parts be checked at time of appointment and ordered id needed 2) need to keep customer informed 3) be empathetic with customers time and at least apologize 1st negative experience with Southern over the years have been an owner - won’t be back to this particular dealership - disappointing More
