Amazing sales, I dread shopping for a vehicle because of all the pushy sales people in the business. But LPK is not like that. They are helpful, and quick to get the paper work done when you decided to bu all the pushy sales people in the business. But LPK is not like that. They are helpful, and quick to get the paper work done when you decided to buy one but they are not pushy. I highly recommend checking this place out, I wish I would have done so sooner. More

Found a car of theirs I liked on their website and went in to testdrive it, and was put with Joe Tijerina who I would be dealing with for the rest of the process. On June 27th, we sat down and went over my in to testdrive it, and was put with Joe Tijerina who I would be dealing with for the rest of the process. On June 27th, we sat down and went over my down payment & estimated monthly payment if I was to finance through them. Came back in on July 5th with all the relevant documents intent on purchasing the vehicle. After talking for only a few moments, Joe tells me he has no recollection of talking about financing the vehicle despite me literally holding the sheet he filled out with payment estimates. Tells me the bank won't want to finance the amount but runs a hard check on my credit anyways, and then tells me to get a loan from my own bank instead. Said he would call on Monday for an update on my loan, meaning I had Saturday & Sunday of a holiday weekend to speed through an application, which I did, resulting in another hard check on my credit. He then messages Monday morning telling me that he sold it on Saturday, after I had to reach out & ask. He wasn't going to say anything. Absolutely ridiculous & disappointing behavior. Would not reccomend Joe Tijerina or LPK Dealership to anyone. More
