Great experience purchasing my A6. I live in the Bay Area and have encountered multiple Audi dealerships over the last 12 yrs that I’ve owned Audi cars. Audi Fresno surpasses all of them in customer service. My purchase was an easy process over the phone and text to reach agreeable terms and when I drove out from the Bay Area to make the trade-in transaction, it was a smooth process. All the people I encountered during the sale were great. They made sure I got a tutorial on the new software features. I wish they were closer so I could take my car there for servicing. Highly recommend Audi Fresno. More

My experience with Audi initially started good. Upon purchasing my vehicle I bought an extended warranty. After a little research I found a comparable warranty for much cheaper. Two days after my purchase I called the finance manager by the name of JJ to cancel. Now three weeks later and several conversations later with JJ my warranty is still not canceled. Don't trust a smile and hand shake here. Really disappointing for a high end dealership. More
