This was the third time we stepped foot into this dealership. We had hoped to give it raving reviews, but unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. With a luxury brand like BMW, dealership. We had hoped to give it raving reviews, but unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth. With a luxury brand like BMW, we had expected service typical of all other luxury brands. We had worked with Richard Viole initially, and he "seemed" knowledgeable and professional. Boy were we wrong. We leased our vehicle, and as the dates were coming near had inquired politely about the delivery knowing that there was a supply chain issue with parts. We were told it was coming in, and obviously being excited wanted everything to be ready. As with other luxury brands we worked with, we asked if they could align some items ready for the vehicle once we received the vehicle. Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way. The experience and the responses we received were derogatory and condescending. It was disappointing to see, and forwarded to the GM, Brock Sanders and their sales manager, Jeffrey Martinez. They were quick to remediate the issue, and immediately assigned a new rep, Brian Morales. Honestly, if we had dealt with him earlier on, I doubt we would have had these issues. Fast forward to today - our temp plates had expired, and we reached out to check on the status on the plates. Brian, on his days off, took the time out to check and left a message, which I didn't receive until later at night when my assistant notified me. I reached out to him the next day and come to find that they were already in the dealership. I went to the dealership immediately, and then come to find out the plates were delivered on March 1st, and no one had the courtesy to notify us that they arrived. Frankly, if we had Brian from Day-1, they would have been getting a 5-star review. Instead, I can only assess based on the experience from day-1 to today. It's great that other individuals provided these raving reviews. Maybe they caught them on a good day, but there's clearly a disconnect with their processes. It is unfortunately that one bad representative will ruin the entire experience with the dealership. I sincerely hope they remediate these experiences especially with the brand that they represent. More
