Dishonest dealer. Sells junk cars, does not honor warranty. You must sue them to get any kind of refund. Sells junk cars, does not honor warranty. You must sue them to get any kind of refund. More

I absolutely would recommend this place! I don’t understand people saying they had trouble with the car they got here. We bought a 3 Month WARRANTY FOR $99! Had a transmission issue right before the 3 months was expired and was covered under our warranty. Like any other product, simply purchase a warranty! Our car was $5600.00. They don’t build the cars .....no one knows what will happen months down the road with any used car. We just brought our neighbor here this past weekend and they bought a car too for $6200.00 and yes they bought a warranty! Thanks New Deal for offering Warranties on your cars. The Sales staff are so low pressure. The place is very busy is the only thing but every place needs more staff these days! They let you test drive the cars by yourself which is nice too! Cleanest and friendliness dealership we have ever been too! THANK YOU to your team!! More

About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible t Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible to look into and resolve the issue, we took this car to them 3 times with the understanding they were going to make good on their word and fix it. We got it back the first time, still the light would come on, same issue the second time, and then the 3rd time, they called her and told her the issue was corrected. We again picked it up and my daughter noticed that the panel just under the Streeting wheel area was loose and hanging down, so we were curious to see if they had corrected the issue, so we check the reading to see if the check engine light issue had been fixed, and it had not, we looked under the panel to see what had been done or if anything seemed out of place and they had disconnected the check engine light completely. They never fixed the problem. The service manager Jerry told my daughter that he had driven it 50+ miles just to make sure the issue was fixed and that the lighter wouldn't come back on, they told her it was fixed, (So of course Jerry lied) They are snakes in the grass, Arizona seriously needs a lemon law, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Something needs to be done. Things like this shouldn't ever happen. And calling them won't make them take responsibility. They will just argue with us like they did in the beginning, it took my boyfriend going down there with me to just so they would speak to us with respect. The service manager Jerry needs to be fired, he lies and is deceitful. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting a lawyer for more advise on what our legal stans is on these issues. HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG PERSON, JUST STARTING OUT IN LIFE AS AN ADULT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, I AM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING WHAT YOU DO, KNOWING YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO SOMEONE. Thank God above she got the extended warranty so it can get fixed the right way, the safe way. But that isn't going to let you guys off the hook, we are still going to be seeking our legal rights. I’ve bought t a 2004 GMC envoy for $6000 cost me another thousand dollars out the door the vehicle was advertised as mechanically sound no issues I get to the dealership I know more about the vehicl another thousand dollars out the door the vehicle was advertised as mechanically sound no issues I get to the dealership I know more about the vehicle than two different salesman even dead I was told it it had been through their service department when actually that was a lie they didn’t even bother to check the fluids or change the oil prior to putting it on the lot. Within 24 hours of purchasing this vehicle I was coming out of the Phoenix airport tunnel when my vehicle lost engine power down to 30% leaving me stranded in the tunnel to piggyback it out to the other side. I made contact with the dealership the following day because they weren’t open on Sundays spoke with the sales manager that I had bought the vehicle from because this vehicle supposed to have a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on the drive train engine transmission etc… I took the car to a GMC dealership and have them run a diagnostic on it which I still have not come up only service engine it also came up 6% Engine oil life capacity left call mom and another service light saying reduced engine power! I was told by the dealership where I took it to be service that there was no way possible that whoever had this vehicle before me didn’t know that those two sensors were bad in the vehicle one sensor alarm cost me $613 to replace the other one is $725 to replace which I can’t afford so now after I have an $8000 invested in a vehicle it’s sitting in my driveway till I can yet do another $700 repair so that it works properly. And if this wasn’t enough, neither the privacy window or the back trunk window were operable and a key fob doesn’t work which means that you can’t set the alarm system that is installed in the vehicle. I was told by the sales manager at this dealership that none of the above would have even been covered under the 500 mile warranty and I think it’s a crock of poo poo! They are snakes they’re buying vehicles in the ones that they find out that they’ve got to put a bunch of money and they push off to cash purchase and then rip of everybody else off all the newer vehicles with high finance rates and interest payments! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to buy a vehicle here the salesman don’t know anything about the vehicles the staff pretty much was just really rude especially the sales manager I mean for god sake I only had a vehicle less than 24 hours and I was having engine power issues and for him to tell me “oh well that’s not covered under the warranty!!!” why in the xxxx I did I just hand you $7000 for a vehicle that can’t even make it 24 hours without shutting itself off leaving me in a very dangerous predicament with traffic doing 55 to 60 miles an hour in! I will be seeking legal advice & I have all the documentation that I need and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau I didn’t buy a $2500 car, I bought a $6000 vehicle CASH $6800 out the door!! One only expect it to last at least 24 hours without having to put $1400 in repairs and doing a MUCH NEEDED oil-change. Please do yourself a favor and save your pocket a heartache and don’t even step on the lot at this place!!!! They are straight up SHADY CROOKS! More

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER FROM NEW DEAL AUTO! I intended to buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended warranty because they knew their cars are junk. The only good thing I can say about that is I used it about 6 times. The transmission was replaced days after I purchased car. Credit Acceptance is their financed and they are horrible. The car sales people prey on women and take advantage of us not having a lot of knowledge of cars. More
