Customer service is not measured when things go right but really measured if things go wrong and how it is handled. Our salesman JD Graham handled our crazy situation in the best way he possibly could and re really measured if things go wrong and how it is handled. Our salesman JD Graham handled our crazy situation in the best way he possibly could and really stepped up to make sure that in the end we left happy customers and excited again about our purchase. It's a long story of just confusion and frustration on our ordered Z06 but all was handled professionally, and we are very happy with our purchase. JD and everyone else we worked with (managers , finance , detail etc) stepped up and got the job done. In the end we even got a call from the owner to make sure all was good. We will for sure reach out and hope to purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.
