It was good prompt service, however when I first arrived, and you were not crowded at all, a service advisor bit my head off because I was 3 steps away from my truck...at the service desk. He is at the desk beside Costas. I understand Rob Warren is no longer there, but he did a lousy job of explaining the features of the truck when I bought it. I am still learning a year and a half later. He was anxious to get to another customer. More

Went twice for the same service(Safety recall). Also I did not get the update on time, I was not able to manage my weekend because I have to keep check when the job completed. I came for oil change for my Lexus I was approached with a rude service advisor with no customer service so impolite so I went to Mr CJ and he took care of my but after my oil change next day I had oil leak a rude service advisor with no customer service so impolite so I went to Mr CJ and he took care of my but after my oil change next day I had oil leaking on my garage floor And also inside my engine when they try to change the oil filter they made a big mess not happy about this service at all they didn’t do good job at all.
