Germain Lexus is the best experience I have ever had by a very wide margin. I live in Washington and spent a great deal of time trying find exactly what I wanted in my car. I found it online at Germain (they actually had 2). The entire staff that I got to work with was simply outstanding. Terri in sales gave me all the information I requested and was engaging responsive and transparent. JB handle the financials and was a complete professional with zero pushy after market antics. Dan helped me with the shipping of the vehicle, which I had not done before. He kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions (even on his day off). I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB. More
