All the people who worked with me were exceptionally kind. I felt like Jay my salesman took care of me in what could easily have been an overwhelming situation. I was by myself and female - traditionall kind. I felt like Jay my salesman took care of me in what could easily have been an overwhelming situation. I was by myself and female - traditionally not recommended when trading vehicles. But i lived thru it and so did jay, so it was all good. Jay was great! He stayed with us, kept checking on status of paperwork and let us know what was going on every step of the way. When I had issues with the state of He stayed with us, kept checking on status of paperwork and let us know what was going on every step of the way. When I had issues with the state of Oklahoma getting a temporary tag (Oklahoma's fault, 3rd time for me, bad laws), he was quick to respond and got me a temporary tag the same day. If anybody wants to buy a car, I highly recommend Jay. Our finance representative was great as well. Best service we ever had buying a car and I have bought a lot of them over the years. I am 76 years old so I know what I am talking about. Thank you for your great team! More
