After having the car for two days I identified three issues which I reported to Jacob. Both windshield wipers were defective which says that a complete safety check was not performed. I replaced both a issues which I reported to Jacob. Both windshield wipers were defective which says that a complete safety check was not performed. I replaced both at my expense. Jacob agreed to send me a check for the cost. The AC makes a clicking nose when turned on. Jacob was aware of issue but said dealer was not fixing it. After my research into problem, I resolved it myself by replacing a $20 part and 20 minutes of labor. Third issue is the keypad. It works inconsistently and can't be programmed. Jacob tried and agreed there is a problem. However the dealership will not correct. Since I was given only one keyfob the keypad is the only alternate access to the car. I am forced to go to a Lincoln dealership and have then diagnose the problem at my expense. My issue is not with Jacob but with the dealership. They do not stand behind the cars they sell. Jacob could have pressed harder with management on my problems. Needless to say I am dissatisfied with the dealership in how they addressed my concerns and will make my feelings known through my contacts. Unhappy customer More

I love the presentation and the quality of the Dealer, however for some reason i felt the lack of helping me achieve the goal to buy the vehicle i end up buying. Let me be fair to the sales guy Jacob, he however for some reason i felt the lack of helping me achieve the goal to buy the vehicle i end up buying. Let me be fair to the sales guy Jacob, he was professional and took care of my questions all the way till he left me at the finance office. My short term memory dont let me remember his name but he has been working there for a while. Everything was ok till i handed a check to pay the vehicle in full. He gets the xx, runs it trough a machine and 10 seconds later he gives me a paper saying….the xx was declined, i show him proof of funds and he says, you have to pay cash if you want to take the vehicle today. I said is there any other way, he said wire transfer but it takes 24 hours to verified funds. I got frustrated, called my bank, called the third party company that declined the xx and stress out for 30 minutes till i my self had to think outside The Box and ask the finance guy can I just pay with the credit card of the bank that has the funds? And he replied, let’s try so we gave it a shot and it went through in two seconds. I am leaving this review for everyone to be aware that there are several ways of pay for a vehicle if you want to take the vehicle same day , cash is always the most secure way because the funds are there….😂 If not, make sure your credit card with your bank is going to approve the charge before you even go to the dealer. I was upset at the time because the finance guy must have sold thousands of cars and did not provide me with all the options that I had and let me go through a deal of stress unnecessary.Also I have not mention that I drove two hours to get this vehicle. More

I went into Alfa Romeo® Maserati of Stewart just to buy out the lease on my Gulia And they made it not only a painless experience, but they were actually a pleasure to deal with. Wow I was waiting for the paperwork to come through. They did a complementary safety inspection on my vehicle and let me know that there were actually a couple of fact recalls and that they could take care of them while I was there They immediately pulled my car into the service bay and started working on the recall repairs by the time I finished with the paperwork for the lease buyout my key was waiting for me downstairs, and my car had been freshly washed, even vacuumed out the inside. They are a pleasure to deal with, and I will be visiting them as soon as I can afford to buy the new Maserati MC20 They have the Showroom More

The sales process , salesman and management were second to none. The whole experience was an 11 out of 10!! Exceptional!! Only took 1.5 hours total. The service after the sale is something I have never experienced. The calls , emails and texts from my salesman making sure I was happy and was there to answer question about the vehicle, amazing. I would buy another car from them just for the experience. More
