Kambiz Naderi was very patient because he answered my million questions promptly, even if they were redundant!!! I went shopping on my day off in my pajamas with my squirrely kiddos and was treated respe million questions promptly, even if they were redundant!!! The car I wanted was not available, and he gave me a call right away when it was, and now I am a happy owner of yet another BMW vehicle! Been in this club for over 25 years! He even installed my college license plate with me and helped me ordered weather mats! Jordan Fisher in Finance was great and explained everything in detail about all of the upgrade options, he guided me in the right direction! Matt Morris the manager made the transaction sweet with a gift card and his calming spirit! More
