Went to test drive a car which I never like and didn’t bother to buy but my sales representative Eliel Uceta was very kind and patient so much that he went back and forth making sure I test drove all the bother to buy but my sales representative Eliel Uceta was very kind and patient so much that he went back and forth making sure I test drove all the vehicles I was interested in and he was so polite and happy the whole time. I got discourage at one point due to of Mr Izzy Adoram but Eliel Uceta noticed his short coming and made up for it with his outstanding customer service. This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and if it wasn’t for Mr Eliel Uceta I would not have done so. Mr. Izzy Adoram told me the amount but after I received the insurance for the vehicle and signing the documents I realized at that time the price was increased by approximately $4000, when I questioned the difference Mr. Izzy Adoram became very agitated and a bit loud in his explanation which gave me the impression that I shouldn’t have asked which is not right because he didn’t explain everything fully before regarding the final cost which I asked him several times before. So aside from my interaction with Mr. Izzy Adoram the experience went well. Thank again to Mr Eliel Uceta for going above and beyond in helping me. More
