We had this occur at other dealerships and this was always a turn off. We appreciate the process of taking enough time to make sure our vehicle was everything we wanted before the purchase. Iyrenn was informative and helpful through out the process with our purchase. He was there when we needed him. Dave Gill knows how to be present with their service without being overbearing.
