Ivan Williams epitomizes customer service. He was walking towards me, greeting me by name before i had 5 steps in. He listened, explained options, and moved swiftly to make sure all our needs were met. This was my 18yr old sons 1st time at a big dealership buying a car. Before we got there, I explained to him not 2 get his hopes up, and that it would be a LONG, nerve racking experience. And we might go home empty handed, w/low opinion of the "car salesman". When it was all over, pretty quick I might add, my son said it was nothing like I warned. And I attribute this stress free experience to Ivan Williams #IWillGetYouADeal Thank u sir.
