Just Perfect. This is our 4th Honda Accord at Honda on Grand. We love it there and the ppl are all fantastic. Danny is our normal salesman and he's wonderful. My husband left before I could give him my coupon for a free oil change(previous visit was a disaster). He mentioned it to the service clerk and he said he could not see anything, and we ended up paying free oil change(previous visit was a disaster). He mentioned it to the service clerk and he said he could not see anything, and we ended up paying for something that was promised. Yes I know the coupon was supposed to be present. But it has affected my feelings about the service department. After my husband ended up paying over $550 for our services and materials. More
