Amazing experience. Everyone there is super professional and helpful. Ivan helped me purchase a car and he made the buying process so smooth that even my husband ended up getting one for himself. The sells rep, finance manager and sales manager were amazing. My complaint is that the car was listed as ready to sell but I had to wait 8 days to actually pick it up. Bought my wife a 2020 BMW 530I CPO. From the time I walk through the door and met Ivan my experience with Momentum has been great. Tommy Savage the sales manager was awesome in the buying process, as well a through the door and met Ivan my experience with Momentum has been great. Tommy Savage the sales manager was awesome in the buying process, as well as Alexi who help finalize our sales document. Lauderdale in finance made this an exciting financial transaction. Went to the dealership to make my first ever BMW purchase, something I have wanted to do since being able to drive. I arrived on a Thursday and spoke with a salesman by the name of Bruce L., Bruce w purchase, something I have wanted to do since being able to drive. I arrived on a Thursday and spoke with a salesman by the name of Bruce L., Bruce was professional and showed me several vehicles before I settled on the one I wanted. Bruce never showed any signs of frustration with me picking my SUV. fast forward to the next day, came time to purchase my SUV through my actual salesman, Ivan P. who was also good. I negotiated the price of the vehicle and the value for my trade was good enough for me to add it to the deal. We go back to financing and this is where things go a bit crazy. I meet with the finance, mgr Jason. We go to his office and start talking about warranties and gap and other things. I said man, I don't want to do the deal if due to gap and warranty being a bit high. Jason states, How about I throw in Gap for this amount a month. I sat there pondering the amount total and monthly and I decided not to go through with the purchase. Jaso stated, how about I throw in a warranty as well for the monthly amount. I said, "Cool, let's do it". I sign documentation, make my DP and get the paperwork and look over it. I see a charge for Gap of $1300 and a warranty for $4400, so I called Ivan back and ask to speak with Jason because I was under the imp[ression that the warranty and gap would be covered by BMW and not me. So, Jason comes back in and we have a semi-heated discussion about who was right and who was wrong. I decided not to go through with the purchase and to get my DP back and my trade also. He issues me a refund and gives me my keys back and I'm getting ready to leave. at this point, Mr. Tommy S. (used car manager) comes outside while I'm speaking with Ivan by my car (trade) and overhear the conversation. Tommy makes me an offer and we go back inside to once again finalize the deal. I asked to be with another finance person but they sent me back to Jason, who was visibly upset. We're in his office and i close the door and we just sit in there almost without speaking to each other. He telle=s me I have to sign paperwork over and it needs to be in a hurry because he has another client ready to come in a sign their paperwork. Jason tells me he's been with the company 15 years and this is what he does for a living and he doesn't like someone d=saying something he didn't say. Jason tells me he has worked and works with high-profile clients that come in here and are ready to purchase. Jason states again how long he's been here at BMW and once more about his "high-profile clients". I didn't say anything but felt like he wasn't speaking about me. the way he spoke was like I was at the bottom and he's doing a favor by helping me out. At the beginning of the meeting with Jason, he was telling me he's willing to walk away because I couldn't decide on his time frame. I advised him, I am making a decision here that I have to pay for. Yes, my mind was made up to purchase but I'm not going to get ripped off either. I would recommend this dealership because they were professional to me and my wife, I would just say make sure they don't try tactics on you such as fast-talking and telling you you have a time limit on working with them(Jason). Overall, I am happy about the car but not about the issue that came up during my visit. More
