I had to have my battery replaced. Ivan was fantastic! He met me and took care of everything quickly. He was very friendly and helpful. Ocean Honda has a great customer service in person and on the phone. The waiting time never bothers me because the best part is the coffee bar, free snacks and ice cream for the kids. My man Ivan always t on the phone. The waiting time never bothers me because the best part is the coffee bar, free snacks and ice cream for the kids. My man Ivan always there for me when my car needs service. I would not buy a car anywhere else. More

Scheduled my two-year maintenance on my 4th leased Civic here at Ocean. I have Car-Doc which I highly recommend and isn't available at my local Honda dealership, so I drive to Port Richey. It's worth the dr here at Ocean. I have Car-Doc which I highly recommend and isn't available at my local Honda dealership, so I drive to Port Richey. It's worth the drive. Have never had an issue. I wait for my car and watch old classic movies at the snack bar. Ivan Gonzalez was my advisor and as usual did a top-shelf job. An outstanding steering recall was also accomplished with no noticeable increase in time. And, of course, with Car-Doc all was covered. More

My Serv Rep is JR Disbrow, I've had several; for the most part they did not come up to the standard that I'm used to when living in AZ. (where the dealership treats you like Royalty) I've always gone to my d part they did not come up to the standard that I'm used to when living in AZ. (where the dealership treats you like Royalty) I've always gone to my dealerships for all my vehicles. JR proved to be the best. He was friendly and welcoming. Being a senior citizen, doesn't mean I'm naive or ill-knowledged. JR showed me respect; and most importantly, he "listened" and didn't dismiss my concerns. Regarding the service team, I do have one bone to pick. I think sometimes they just check off the boxes (items with the service maintenance)..case in point, my battery. They said it was good, but I was stranded, my car died; and if it weren't for a nice gentlemen in a pick-up that helped me out, I would have waited for hours for road assistance. He and his granddaughter brought me to an auto parts store, picked up a new battery and he installed it for me. The guys at the place said this battery was totally bulged out (I saw that for myself) and that it had been this way for months! Other than that, the Service team has done fantastic, great work. I've had some expensive work done but well worth the investment. (2010 Honda CRV. 111,000 miles so far). Oh - and Cindy, "know-it-all", twit for brains, knew more than I did, interrupted and corrected me twice. She was so full of herself. I was raised and surrounded with guys all my life, worked in a male predominant environment and learned a lot about many of the trades, including some mechanics. To her, I was just some silly senior that she hardly had time for. I will continue going to Ocean Honda. The place is immaculate, the people there are accommodating. Your Sales Dept. could be a little more engaging. I've been approached just two times in all the times I've been there cruising the new vehicles in the showroom while waiting for my car to be serviced. Hmmm...guess they don't want to sell me a car. The ratings below reflect my experience with JR and his communications with the Service Team. All 5 Star!! More
