Ivan Covarrubias

Ivan has been in the automotive industry for 20 years 18 years with Land Rover, Jaguar. He has dedicated his career to make processes that promote employee growth and create a premium customer experience. His passion is working with people, throughout his career Ivan has focused on training programs that helped service departments operate in unison and helped people grow within their organizations. Ivan is a loving father of two boys who take up all his free time. They enjoy playing video games, spontaneous trips, tickle fights and anything else they can think of.
