Absolutely do not recommend working with Evan Riggs. He moves dealerships to avoid lawsuits. He inflated my income to get a vehicle loan approved, and he forged my signature on multiple documents. He flat out lied to the bank that funded the loan and now they’re investigating. A police report has been filed, along with a DMV dealer complaint against him and the dealership. More
