Great experience at the dealership, they made the process easy. It all started with the great understanding and follow thru over the phone with Gisselle Prado, she helped me speed up the process and get all easy. Isroel, showed me the car and got the deal approved. Paperwork took TOO long (approx 2 hrs). Oscar Martin great help, i got a fantastic insurance deal. NOT PLEASENT I waited for an hour to find Isroel who had the keys of my new car, when everything was done, he was not to be found. Thank you Maggie, for being supportive and trying to help me go home faster. More
