My wife and myself have purchased several cars from her phones throughout the years. Whenever we need service, we take it into Huffines CJDR and Plano. Yes, we have had our ups and downs with the service phones throughout the years. Whenever we need service, we take it into Huffines CJDR and Plano. Yes, we have had our ups and downs with the service department. However, they always work with us to make it a great experience. On our last occasion for a service they have actually exceeded my expectation. Thanks again, Huffines. More

TRUST NO ONE URGENT MUST READ BEFORE BUYING AT HUFFINES OF PLANO CHRSYLER DODGE I am 54 years old, and I know a few things about the mechanical workings of a vehicle and the buying of one. I live in T OF PLANO CHRSYLER DODGE I am 54 years old, and I know a few things about the mechanical workings of a vehicle and the buying of one. I live in TX right now; however, I was traveling to AR at the time of sale of this Chevy High Country Silverado Truck. I thank God that I was traveling for work to AR had I not, I may have not caught all these problems with this vehicle as soon as I did. So, this is my warning to all when buying a vehicle from Huffines trust no one. However, I do have one saving grace and that was Rodney Hutchinson who was the only person that was working to get my truck taken care of and ensuring complete customer follow up and satisfaction. My other saving grace was the fact I bought a warranty of which I should have never had to use one day later after buying a pre-owned Chevy High Country Silverado with less than 60k miles from Huffines. The strange thing about all this, is that in conversation to Charles Hale in finance when they were closing out the sale side of this deal, I stated this to Charles: “God forbid if I drive off this parking lot and something happen” as Charles was quoting me my financing options, he stated a price without a Warranty. Wow and when something did happen, and I asked him “what would you all have done had I not brought the warranty?” Of which, I had to use one day after the purchase of my vehicle. I had just purchased from Huffines Dealership and amazingly he could not answer that. I do believe the owner has been in the practice of customer satisfaction for more than 95 years. Clearly Huffines has a proven practice of not jeopardizing their company’s brand as I believe some of the employees here at Huffines did. The warrant had not even been fully processed yet and Charles Haley who is in finance and Izzy his boss who likes to try to talk over people while trying to push the scenario of buying (as is) to avoid the fact that they sold me a vehicle of which they had failed to accept the responsibility of servicing properly for sale. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by talking to me and using my warranty of which I paid for on a vehicle that Huffines, a major dealership, should have caught the leaking AC and Water pump not working, 1st gear struggling or sticking in transmission causing delayed acceleration of which I also mention. Rear axle, shocks and suspension, fuel pump, fuel filter, exhaust, and catalytic converter all potential issues with this vehicle they sold me. Rodney has taken good care of a customer’s need for service and he has orchestrated all arrangements with Hailey of Crain Chevrolet in Little Rock AR. Yes, all these things will need to be checked out. I spent my first seven days in a rental while the AC and Water pump was fixed here in Little Rock of which my warranty paid for and because of my insisting on not paying for anything the finance department (Charles and Izzy) of Huffines did pay reluctantly, any additional services charges. This was only because of Rodney Hutchinson due diligence that this was able to happen. No one else would assist while others acted as if I had done something wrong, they didn’t know what was going on. Let me back up for a moment. I left Huffines in TX on Saturday night and got right on the road to Little Rock. On Sunday in Little Rock the AC was not working and the ticking noise of which I mention to Huffines before leaving late Saturday night before close. In Which, everyone assured me that a 27-point inspection was done. Also stating that they fully stand behind quality vehicles in celebration of this family-owned dealership, having a 100-year-old tradition of ensuring that customer satisfaction is top priority of which, I still believe is true about the owner and some of the employees especially Rodney. However, some employees of Huffines may think only certain customers deserve this manner of service. Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock apologized that I was sold such a beautiful vehicle that clearly should have been serviced prior to the sale. I know these items certainly should have been caught during a simple 27-point check or simply during a visual and diagnostic code read on the truck they sold me or maybe they did because these are also items that can be masked or maybe this truck was looked over by an employee who does not believe in the Huffines philosophy, ensuring only quality vehicles are sold and customer satisfaction is priority. Either way at this point I trust No ONE and all items must be thoroughly examined and fixed with an itemized checklist to be provided at no cost to me as Rodney has assured me would happen without my warranty being used on my behalf. Now I know some of you may say well why did you trust them? My answer is because they appeared to be so genuine and trusting from Rubean to Charles who assured me I was getting a great deal while looking me straight in the eyes and shaking my hand as men of integrity are supposed to conduct business as such. They made me want to trust them and for the first time I let down my guard when negotiating for this beautiful Huffines Chevy Truck of which I had been assured was a great deal! A Truck that I had been assured by Rubean and Charles had been fully checked out with a 27-point inspection and that Huffines has a 100-year tradition of standing behind their product and service. So yes, they got me. I was their fool. In all my years I have never felt so disrespected and duped. All because I choose to trust the people I was negotiating with. As Izzy reminded me of, (as is) and as it appears to me are not concerned with any problems that happens to a customer's auto once you purchase and drive it off their lot. Even if it is something they should have caught and fixed before ever selling to the public. This could and might be seen as fraudulently selling a product knowing you have not done your service duty prior to sale. Well, I will write another review once I visit Huffines again in the first week of June per my conversation with Rodney with the hope that they will do what is right and what I believe should have been done from the very beginning. Now I will have to travel back to TX but I will be transitioning to AR. I can say that Huffines has upheld their philosophy and their brand so far although it has cost me much frustration and made what I thought was a great buying experience into a nightmare. It has damaged my image of the dealership. However, we will see with the remaining items that must be looked at if this experience can be salvaged. I know in life these things can happen. We cannot always foresee everything, and I am willing to give positivity a chance as I hope that none of this was malicious or with the intent to move me alone with damaged product goods. Although forcing someone to use a warranty that had not even been processed yet is certainly questionable on a vehicle that clearly was not service properly and only one day off their lot. I have had bad car buying experiences before and was afraid to go into another dealership, after we talked to Adam Ortiz about what we wanted it was painless. We had our mind set on buying a used truck but after talking with our salesman, Adam, he was able to get us in a 2018 Dodge Ram truck. Adam was very personable and I was very pleased with the knowledge about the trucks and he provided great customer service. We were able to get financed and Israel was very helpful in explaining our finance options. It was an easy and painless experience. We would definitely recommend Adam and Huffines to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

Excellent, no hassle no nonsense experience This was my daughters first car. Because my previous experiences had been so awful I hadn't bought a car direct at a dealership in over a decade. In This was my daughters first car. Because my previous experiences had been so awful I hadn't bought a car direct at a dealership in over a decade. Instead I opted to go through a leasing company. Since this was a used car I decided to go direct. I was apprehensive and prepared to go through the nonsense. First, off our sales associate Orlon Hill immediately took my daughter under his wings and took queue that I was trying to have her experience the car buying process, vs just getting a car handed to her. He immediately engaged her and treated her like the customer. He walked her through the car orientation, let her do the test drive and answered all of her questions. We teased her a bit during the price and finance discussion as we asked her to negotiate the terms. Turns out that part was direct, no BS, strait forward and I was completely satisfied. I did my homework and know I got a solid deal. Most importantly I didn't have to go through the grind to get there. Huffiness was basically there already. Throughout the process Orlon did a great job of explaining to my daughter how the process works, how car prices are set, why its ok to negotiate, how car payments are calculated, etc... It turned out to be a great bonding experience for us. For sure my daughter gained appreciation that cars don't grow on trees. Second, the finance guys did us a solid. I came in with pre-approved financing so that set the baseline. They were able to work their system and actually got me 40 basis points lower rate from the same bank I had pre-approval on. Barry was great to deal with I purchased my 3rd Jeep from Barry and 5th vehicle from Huffines overall. I called Barry on a Monday and said I was ready to update to a newer, less mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee within the next month. He narrowed down my search by asking a few questions and within 2 days had recommended the on I purchased. I have recommended others to Barry and would buy my next vehicle with him without hesitation. He does a lot of investigation up front to not waste a lot of time and continues to respond via phone, text, and email to assure I have all the information on the vehicle to make a final decision. The buying and financing process was really easy at Huffines. More
