So far we have had nothing but issues with the truck. It’s about to be going back back in to get checked out for the check engine light once again. We have had the truck in our possession for almost two weeks since we bought it almost a month ago and drove it 7 days in that time frame and now it’s going to be going back to the dealership for the third time. We had them check out the brakes and the tpm sensor when we bought it and they said both were fine. I’ve had to air the tire up three times in that two weeks of having the truck and the brakes go half way to the floor before they start slowing you down. So far this has been the worse experience with a dealership that I have ever encountered. So I guess we wait and see what they say when they contact me on Monday. More

I purchased my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in December 2024 from Lakeside Chevy of Warsaw and requested at that time of purchase for the recall for the Transmission Control Valve to be fixed at the same t 2024 from Lakeside Chevy of Warsaw and requested at that time of purchase for the recall for the Transmission Control Valve to be fixed at the same time I got my undercoat done. They said they would take care of it. 2 months later I get a notification saying the recall was never taken care of and I needed to take it back to the dealership to have it fixed. Now I have to waste my time and get the issue properly addressed by another dealership (because Lakeside Chevy is a hour and a half away from me) and they informed me that this truck should have never been sold to me without the recall being taken care of first due to the recall coming out in October of 2024. When I called Lakeside Chevy they told me it's free to get fixed. My time isn't free! More
