How the bad and spirits at a dealership before The salesman I talked with before he was not working there but Kyle he stepped in. It was very nice and polite. He washed him. Very poor service. Did an engine check, got my car back with oil sprayed all on my windows and windshield. They should have not been spraying anything in my car when everything they needed was under the hood. Also it stunk so bad in my car when i got it back and very upset since i took my time the night before to detail and clean my car for them. Next had to bring my car back in to get it fixed and the lady said i had 100$ deductible. 1. warranty covers everything as in parts, labor, deductible and service fees, why am i paying 100$ deductible? Read through the paperwork and the front cover says 0.00 deductible on the receipt but underneath they wrote in PEN CP: $100. I am NOT paying something that is being wrote in pen. This place is VERY unprofessional and its the saddest thing i have ever witnessed just to get more money for themselves. Anyways, i still am going through the paperwork and the lady is trying to still get me to pay 100 when im still reading and what do i come across, the last page it says $50 deductible with the original grand total. I showed the lady and she crossed out the 100 that she wrote in pen and put $50. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! They are out here scamming people when there should be $0 deductible when people paid thousands of dollars for the warranty which covers everything. Will not be going back ever again to that place and i recommend no one else goes either unless u want ur car trashed when u pick it up and have them scam u for more money. More

I know the car is used and I should have looked it over better but selling a car that needs new tires, new brakes and rotors and a tune up they had to have known that before selling it… I asked for them to better but selling a car that needs new tires, new brakes and rotors and a tune up they had to have known that before selling it… I asked for them to tint the windows and they acted like that was un heard of… I contacted Kyle multiple times about the brakes and rotors and he finally answered and acted like he didn’t know and said they couldn’t do anything about it.. $2700 dollars later.. but as a salesman he was knowledgeable and knows what to say to get the car sold. But after this experience and money instantly dropped into my car I will not buy another one from them and if you decide to I’d make sure to really look it over or take it to a mechanic before buying! More

It was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman was overbearing, impatient, inconsiderate and pushy. I was only interested in one car and had driven 2 hours to purchase it. All I needed was time to make sure it ran properly and the features operated as they should. As I sat checking the features after the test drive, he came trying to sale me the car he clearly knew nothing about. I asked for a little time and space but he just continued to talk and try to make conversation. I told him that I needed to drop my rental off 4 minutes around the corner at enterprise. It was a little after 5 at this point. He said he would take me prior to them closing at 6. Instead, he rushed me to the loan officer at 10 till 6 and apologized for not doing as he promised. The loan officer was rushing and didn’t bother discussing my questions or explaining the differences in terms. I asked that they not send several inquiries because I was getting financed by the credit union. They still sent multiple inquiries out. I closed the sale, drove myself to enterprise and walked back to the dealership in the rain. The only reason I went through with the transaction is the car. I already knew it was the one I wanted and I still debated not getting it because of the terrible service. More
